I'm washing dishes when my sweet Adam climbs up on a stool next to me and exclaimes.....

"Mom, the stove is starting to look dirty."

"I know sweetheart, I'm going to clean it when I'm done w/ the dishes!"

"And how long do you think that will take you?"

LOL

"Adam, why don't you clean it."

"No, I'll just wait and see it when you are done."

Oh, ok- thanks! Hopefully it will be up to your standards....................

I try really hard not to let my work have an affect on my family. I'll let you judge for yourself how well I'm accomplishing this goal....

"Adam, can you go to bed please."
"Yes, but I need my advertising."
"What?"
"I need my advertising."
"Ok- where is your advertising?"
"Right there" he said pointing to the sanitizer bottle.
"Oh, you mean sanitizer."
"Oh, hee-hee, ya"

Moving!

The Countdown Begins!

We are moving Saturday from Orem to American Fork. This move is such a blessing for our family as it will shorten our commute to school by 20 minutes! The drive to school will be only 7 minutes-- going the speed limit! We have been packing for this move the last month. Yesterday when Adam was with my parents they asked if he was excited to move. "Yes, but we just keep forgetting to move" was his reply. :) Poor kid, I think he is sick of living with boxes all around and anticipation of a move that just never seems to happen!
